Meet Ashley

Ashley Stallings is a nonprofit founder, speaker, and trainer committed to building a more compassionate, equitable world.

With a heart for the underserved and a deep understanding of systemic challenges, Ashley founded Upper Valley Child Advocacy Center to advocate for youth and communities too often left behind. Her work is rooted in both lived experience and years of hands-on leadership in the nonprofit sector.

As a speaker, Ashley shares powerful stories that inspire action and invite reflection—on justice, empathy, leadership, and the power of listening. As a trainer, she partners with mission-driven organizations to help them align strategy with values, strengthen their impact, and center community in all they do.

Ashley believes that change begins with courage—and that voice, vision, and vulnerability are key tools for transformation. Whether she’s leading workshops, advising leaders, or standing on stage, her mission is the same: to fight for those who can’t always fight for themselves, and to help others do the same with clarity and heart.

Why Ashley

Because you don’t need another PowerPoint lecture — you need someone who gets it.

Ashley is in the trenches as a forensic interviewer, executive director, and helping professional who almost burned out trying to hold it all together. Now she teaches others how to protect their spark, lead with clarity, and keep the heart in this hard work.

Through Audibly Ashley, she brings a mix of real talk, research, and relatable humor to every training, keynote, and retreat. Her goal? To make you feel seen, equipped, and re-energized — not just for your work, but for your life.

Helping professionals, child advocacy centers, schools, and nonprofits call Ashley in when they’re ready to move from surviving tosustaining..

Because when your spark stays lit, everything changes.

What to Expect

Real talk. Real tools. Real connection.

When you bring Audibly Ashley to your event or team, expect more than a motivational talk — expect a transformational experience that feels human, hopeful, and actually helpful.

Interactive learning: No sitting quietly in the back row here. We laugh, reflect, move, and get real about what it means to do this work well.
💡Practical tools: You’ll leave with strategies you can use the next day — to manage stress, lead with purpose, and protect your spark.
💬Relatable stories: She shares the lessons (and mistakes!) from her own journey in child advocacy and leadership — because authenticity builds trust.
💜Safe, energizing space: Whether it’s a keynote, training, or retreat, you’ll feel supported, inspired, and reconnected to why you started.

This isn’t theory. It’s heart + science + humor — designed to remind you that you’re human first, helper second.
